When Jesus brought those manifest proofs, he said,‘I have certainly brought you wisdom, and[I have come]
اور جب عیسٰی(علیہ السلام) واضح نشانیاں لے کر آئے تو انہوں نے کہا:

These are the towns some of whose accounts We recount to you. Their apostles certainly brought them manifest proofs, but they were not the ones to believe in what they had denied earlier. Thus does Allah put a seal on the hearts of the faithless.
یہ قومیں جن کے قصے ہم تمہیں سنا رہے ہیں(تمہارے سامنے مثال میں موجود ہیں) ان کے رسول ان کے پا س کھلی کھلی نشانیاں لے کر آئے، مگر جس چیز کو وہ ایک دفعہ جھٹلا چکے تھے پھر اُسے وہ ماننے والے نہ تھے دیکھو اس طرح ہم منکرین حق کے دلوں پر مہر لگا دیتے ہیں

یہ وہ بستیاں ہیں جن کی خبریں ہم آپ کو سنا رہے ہیں، اور بیشک ان کے پاس ان کے رسول روشن نشانیاں لے کر آئے تو وہ(پھر بھی) اس قابل نہ ہوئے کہ اس پر ایمان لے آتے جسے وہ پہلے جھٹلا چکے تھے، اس طرح اللہ کافروں کے دلوں پر مہر لگا دیتا ہے

Say,‘I have been forbidden to worship those whom you invoke besides Allah, as manifest proofs have come to me from my Lord,
(اے محمدﷺ ان سے) کہہ دو کہ مجھے اس بات کی ممانعت کی گئی ہے کہ جن کو تم خدا کے سوا پکارتے ہو ان کی پرستش کروں(اور میں ان کی کیونکر پرستش کروں) جب کہ میرے پاس میرے پروردگار(کی طرف) سے کھلی دلیلیں آچکی ہیں

Then after him We sent[other] apostles to their people. They brought them manifest proofs, but they would not believe something they had denied before. Thus do We seal the hearts of the transgressors.
پھر نوح(علیہ السلام) کے بعد ہم نے اور رسولوں کو ان کی قوموں کی طرف بھیجا سو وه ان کے پاس روشن دلیلیں لے کر آئے پس جس چیز کو انہوں نے اول میں جھوٹا کہہ دیا یہ نہ ہوا کہ پھر اس کو مان لیتے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ اسی طرح حد سے بڑھنے والوں کے دلوں پر بند لگا دیتا ہے

Certainly Joseph brought you manifest proofs earlier, but you continued to remain in doubt concerning what he had brought you. When he died,
اور اس سے پہلے تمہارے پاس(حضرت) یوسف دلیلیں لے کر آئے، پھر بھی تم ان کی ﻻئی ہوئی(دلیل) میں شک و شبہ

That was because their apostles would bring them manifest proofs, but they said,‘Will humans be our guides?!' So they disbelieved and turned away, and Allah had no need[of their faith] and Allah is all-sufficient, all-laudable.
اِس انجام کے مستحق وہ اس لیے ہوئے کہ اُن کے پاس اُن کے رسول کھلی کھلی دلیلیں اور نشانیاں لے کر آتے رہے، مگر اُنہوں نے کہا"کیا انسان ہمیں ہدایت دیں گے؟" اس طرح انہوں نے ماننے سے انکار کر دیا اور منہ پھیر لیا، تب اللہ بھی ان سے بے پروا ہو گیا اور اللہ تو ہے ہی بے نیاز اور اپنی ذات میں آپ محمود

Has there not come to them the account of those who were before them- the people of Noah,‘Ad, and Tham£d, and the people of Abraham, the inhabitants of Midian, and the towns that were overturned? Their apostles brought them manifest proofs. So it was not Allah who wronged them, but it was they who used to wrong themselves.
کیا انہیں اپنے سے پہلے لوگوں کی خبریں نہیں پہنچیں، قوم نوح اور عاد اور ﺛمود اور قوم ابراہیم اور اہل مدین اور اہل مؤتفکات(الٹی ہوئی بستیوں کے رہنے والے) کی، ان کے پاس ان کے پیغمبر دلیلیں لے کر پہنچے، اللہ ایسا نہ تھا کہ ان پر ﻇلم کرے بلکہ انہوں نے خود ہی اپنے اوپر ﻇلم کیا

عیسیٰ بن مریم کو کھلی نشانیاں عطا کیں

We gave Moses the Book and followed him with the apostles, and We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, manifest proofs and confirmed him with the Holy Spirit. Is it not that whenever an apostle
ہم نے موسیٰؑ کو کتاب دی، اس کے بعد پے در پے رسول بھیجے، آخر کار عیسیٰؑ ابن مریمؑ کو روشن نشانیاں دے کر بھیجا

Certainly We sent Our apostles with manifest proofs, and We sent down with them the Book and the Balance, so that mankind may maintain justice; and We sent down iron, in which there is great might and uses for mankind, and so that Allah may know those who help Him and His apostles[with faith] in the Unseen. Indeed Allah is all-strong, all-mighty.
بیشک ہم نے اپنے رسولوں کو دلیلوں کے ساتھ بھیجا اور ان کے ساتھ کتاب اور عدل کی ترازو اتاری کہ لوگ انصاف پر قائم ہوں اور ہم نے لوہا اتارا اس میں سخت آنچ(نقصان) اور لوگوں کے فائدے اور اس لیے کہ اللہ دیکھے اس کو جو بے دیکھے اس کی اور اس کے رسولوں کی مدد کرتا ہے، بیشک اللہ قورت والا غالب ہے

We gave Moses the Book and followed him with the apostles, and We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, manifest proofs and confirmed him with the Holy Spirit. Is it not that whenever an apostle brought you that which was not to your liking, you would act arrogantly; so you would impugn a group[of them], and slay a[nother] group?
ہم نے(حضرت) موسیٰ کو کتاب دی اور ان کے پیچھے اور رسول بھیجے اور ہم نے(حضرت) عیسیٰ ابن مریم کو روشن دلیلیں دیں اور روح القدس سے ان کی تائید کروائی۔ لیکن جب کبھی تمہارے پاس رسول وه چیز ﻻئے جو تمہاری طبیعتوں کے خلاف تھی، تم نے جھٹ سے تکبر کیا، پس بعض کو تو جھٹلادیا اور بعض کو قتل بھی کرڈاﻻ?

And when Jesus son of Mary said,‘O Children of Israel! Indeed I am the apostle of Allah to you, to confirm what is before me of the Torah, and to give the good news of an apostle who will come after me, whose name is Ahmad.' But when he brought them manifest proofs, they said,‘This is plain magic.'.
اور جب مریم کے بیٹے عیسیٰ نے کہا اے(میری قوم)، بنی اسرائیل! میں تم سب کی طرف اللہ کا رسول ہوں مجھ سے پہلے کی کتاب تورات کی میں تصدیق کرنے واﻻ ہوں اور اپنے بعد آنے والے ایک رسول کی میں تمہیں خوشخبری سنانے واﻻ ہوں جنکا نام احمد ہے۔ پھر جب وه ان کے پاس کھلی دلیلیں ﻻئے تو یہ کہنے لگے، یہ تو کھلا جادو ہے

Do you desire to give Allah a manifest proof against.
کیا تم چاہتے ہو کہ اپنے اوپر اللہ کا صریح الزام

A manifest proof from your Lord, and a guidance, and a mercy.
سو آ چکی تم کو تمہارے رب سے شاہدی(روشن دلیل)، اور ہدایت اور مہربانی(رحمت)

Allah the Most High said:“O people, surely there has come to you manifest proof from your Lord and We have sent to you a clear light.
اے انسانو!تمہارے پاس تمہارے پروردگار کی طرف سے برہان آ چکا ہے اور ہم نے تمہاری طرف روشن نور بھی نازل کر دیا ہے

Assuredly a manifest proof has come to you from your Lord: this is a she-camel from God as a sign for you(of the truth of my Messengership).
بیشک تمہارے پاس تمہارے ربّ کی طرف سے ایک روشن دلیل آ گئی ہے۔ یہ اللہ کی اُونٹنی تمہارے لئے نشانی ہے

Say: Surely I have manifest proof from my Lord and you call it a lie.
آپ کہہ دیجئے کہ میرے پاس تو ایک دلیل ہے میرے رب کی طرف سے اور تم اس کی تکذیب ہو

O people! surely there has come to you manifest proof from your Lord and We have sent to you clear light.
اے لوگو، تمہارے پاس تمہارے رب کی طرف سے ایک دلیل آ چکی ہے اور ہم نے تمہارے اوپر ایک واضح روشنی اتار دی۔(174
