As disclosed in note 13 to the financial statements, the value of nonexpendable property as at 31 December 2007 amounted to $17.5 million, a decrease of 6.3 per cent compared with the $18.7 million for the previous biennium.
As a result of the corrections made by UNOPS, the value of nonexpendable property was revised to $10.3 million(a reduction of $2.3 million) and reflected in the financial statements resubmitted to the Board.
