If you want to approach your blogging in a more organized manner then you need to use Evernote.
Evernote is a program that allows you to add notes, take photographs and tag them by keyword, and more.
My must-use tool for creating great blog content, and for making my entire blogging process easier, is actually Evernote.
With Evernote, I always have all of my information at my fingertips regardless of where I am and the time of day.
Even so, there are several tools out there to make content creation easier and yet only one of them stands out- Evernote.
You can even use this sharing function in stock applications like contacts, photos, Safari, and even for third-party applications like Camera++, Evernote, etc.
If you use Evernote, then Evernote Web Clipper is a good tool to use for clipping articles and saving them for future reference.

The best part about saving content with the Web Clipper is that you have a saved copy in your Evernote even if/after the web page has gone offline.
The easiest solution is to always have a notebook and a pen(or, Evernote is a good alternative in my experience) with you so you can jot down relevant details about experiences.
The application has been developed with a simple and comfortable interface that is very intuitive and structured so that even the least experienced user can see EverNote as a very useful application.

Personally, I use Ifttt to help me with some of the cross-platform activities. So for example, as you browse your Twitter feed you might find motivational quotes that you like and later want to use in a different context. One way to keep track of them is to Favorite them; but using Ifttt, you can set up a trigger where anytime you favorite a quote on Twitter, you can have it added to a file on your Dropbox or a list in Evernote.
