اللہ تعالیٰ کا ارشاد ہے: اور اپنے آپ کو ہلاکت میں نہ ڈالو بیشک اللہ تم پر بہت رحم فرمانے والا ہے۔(النساء: ٢٩

Allah says in the Quran,‘kill not your children for fear of want: we shall provide
اور خبردار اپنی اولاد کو فاقہ کے خوف سے قتل نہ کرنا کہ ہم انہیں بھی رزق دیتے ہیں

One among them said: Kill not Joseph but, if ye must be doing,
ان میں سے ایک نے کہا یوسف کو قتل تو نہ کرو بلکہ اسے کسی اندھے کنوئیں(کی تہ) میں ڈال آؤ
