My Lord, there is no power and no strength save in God, All-High and Almighty.
اے پروردگار اے معبود نہیں کوئی طاقت و قوت مگر وہ جو اللہ سے ہے

when children come to birth but there's no strength for giving birth.
بچے پیدا ہونے پر ہیں اور ولادت کی طاقت نہیں

as when children come to the moment of birth and there is no strength to deliver them.
بچے پیدا ہونے پر ہیں اور ولادت کی طاقت نہیں

That which Allah willeth(will come to pass)! There is no strength save in Allah! Though thou seest
کہا ہوتا جو چاہے اللہ، ہمیں کچھ زور نہیں مگر اللہ کی مدد کا

as when children come to the momentn of birth and there is no strength to deliver them.
بچے پیدا ہونے پر ہیں اور ولادت کی طاقت نہیں

All praise is due to Allah, only that which Allah wants will come to pass, there is no strength save in Allah, and mercy and blessings of Allah be upon His Messenger!
شکر و سپاس خداوند متعال کے لئے مخصوص ہے، وہ جو چاہے گا وہی ہوگآ، کسی میں کوئی کام انجام دینے کی قوت نہیں ہے مگر اللہ کی مدد کے سائے میں، درود و سلام خدا کے رسول(ص) ہو!

so We grew delightful gardens with it; you had no strength to grow its trees; is there a God along with Allah?!
تمہارے لیے آسمان سے پانی اتارا تو ہم نے اس سے باغ اگائے رونق والے تمہاری طاقت نہ تھی کہ ان کے پیڑ اگاتے کیا اللہ کے ساتھ کوئی

اب تم میں خود قوت وطاقت نہیں رہی

ہمارے دل پہ ہمیں خود بھی اختیار نہیں

He will have no strength, and no supporter.
تو پھر نہ کسی کے پاس قوت ہوگی اور نہ مددگار

جہاں کوئی کوشش نہیں وہاں کوئی طاقت بھی نہیں
