Examples of using Similitudes in English and their translations into Urdu

So strike not any similitudes for God; surely God knows, and you know not.
پس تم اللہ کے لئے مثل نہ ٹھہرایا کرو، بیشک اللہ جانتا ہے اور تم نہیں جانتے

And those similitudes-- We strike them for the people,
اور یہ مثالیں ہیں ہم انہیں لوگوں(کے سمجھانے) کے لئے بیان

Behold how they propound similitudes for thee! so they have strayed
دیکھو ان لوگوں نے تمہارے لئے کیسی کیسی مثالیں بیان کی ہیں یہ تو بالکل گمراہ ہوگئے ہیں

Propound not then for Allah similitudes, verily Allah knoweth and ye know not.
پس تم اللہ کے لئے مثل نہ ٹھہرایا کرو، بیشک اللہ جانتا ہے اور تم نہیں جانتے

And these similitudes We put forward for mankind, but none will understand them except those who have knowledgeof Allah and His Signs.
ہم ان مثالوں کو لوگوں کے لیے بیان فرما رہے ہیں انہیں صرف علم والے ہی سمجھتے ہیں

اور یہ مثالیں ہیں ہم انہیں لوگوں(کے سمجھانے)

So do not strike any similitudes to Allah. Allah knows whereas you do not know.
تو خبردار اللہ کے لئے مثالیں بیان نہ کرو کہ اللہ سب کچھ جانتا ہے اور تم کچھ نہیں جانتے ہو

So coin not similitudes for Allah. Lo! Allah knoweth;
تو خبردار اللہ کے لئے مثالیں بیان نہ کرو کہ اللہ سب کچھ جانتا ہے

See what similitudes they coin for thee, and thus are all astray,
ذرا دیکھو کہ انہوں نے تمہارے لئے کیسی مثالیں بیان کی ہیں اور اس طرح ایسے گمراہ ہوگئے ہیں

See what similitudes they coin for thee, and thus are all astray, and cannot find a road!
دیکھیں تو سہی، آپ کے لئے کیا کیا مثالیں بیان کرتے ہیں، پس وه بہک رہے ہیں۔ اب تو راه پانا ان کے بس میں نہیں رہا!

So coin not similitudes for Allah. Lo! Allah knoweth; ye know not.

And certainly We have set forth to men in this Quran similitudes of every sort that they may mind.
اورہم نے لوگو ں کے لیے اس قرآن میں ہر قسم کی مثال بیان کر دی ہے تاکہ وہ نصیحت پکڑیں

And assuredly We have propounded for mankind in this Qur'an all kinds of similitudes, that haply they may be admonished.
اورہم نے لوگو ں کے لیے اس قرآن میں ہر قسم کی مثال بیان کر دی ہے تاکہ وہ نصیحت پکڑیں

ہم نے اس قرآن میں ہر ہر طریقے سے تمام کی تمام مثالیں لوگوں کے لئے بیان کردی ہیں لیکن انسان سب سے زیاده جھگڑالو ہے
