It did not submit the contracts together with any approved variations or the contract conditions(both general and particular), nor applications for payment, approved payment certificates, interim certificates, progress reports, account invoices, actual payments received or dates of performance.

This loss item is the first line item in each Interim Payment Certificate and comprises a claim for costs to be reimbursed which are not subject to the payment of the contractor's fee(stipulated in article 8 of the terms of the Contract).
