The reassignment is necessary to facilitate the recruitment of a staff member with the required technical, legal, judicial and rule-of-law expertise to support the Office.
Additional capacity and expertise required for Mission priorities, as decided by the Security Council, will be absorbed by existing resources, through vacancies, as well as the reassignment and redeployment of posts.
