He said:"We will chastise him who does wrong, whereafter he will be returned to his Lord and He will chastise him grievously.
ذوالقرنین نے کہا کہ جو(کفر وبدکرداری سے) ظلم کرے گا اسے ہم عذاب دیں گے۔ پھر(جب) وہ اپنے پروردگار کی طرف لوٹایا جائے گا تو وہ بھی اسے بُرا عذاب دے گا

If We forgive one party of you, We will chastise another party for that they were sinners.'.
ہم تم میں سے کسی کو معاف کریں تو اوروں کو عذاب دیں گے اس لیے کہ وہ مجرم تھے

if We pardon a party of you, We will chastise(another) party because they are guilty.
ہم تم میں سے کسی کو معاف کریں تو اوروں کو عذاب دیں گے اس لیے کہ وہ مجرم تھے

Allah Almighty says:“And We shall chastise them twice; then they will be relegated to a painful doom.”.
سورۂ توبہ میں اﷲ رب العزت فرماتا ہے:''بہت جلد ہم انھیں دو مرتبہ عذاب دیں گے اس کے بعد وہ بڑے عذاب کی طرف پھیرے جائیں گے‘‘

And We shall chastise them twice; then they will be relegated to a painful doom.”.

یہ تو میں تجھے اس وقت بتاﺅںگا جب تم میرے سات روپے لے لو گی اور میں تمہارے ساتھ اس پلنگ پر پڑا ہوں گا۔
