Verily did Allah choose Adam and Nuh and the house of lbrahim
بے شک اللهنے آدم کو اور نوح کو اور ابراھیم کی اولاد کو

Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth
نوح نے کہا اے میرے رب بے شک انہوں نے میرا کہنا نہ مانا

And assuredly We sent Nuh unto his people. Then he tarried among them for a thousand years, save tifty years; and then deluge overtook them,
اور ہم نے نوح کو اس کی قوم کی طرف بھیجا پھر وہ ان میں پچاس برس کم ہزار برس رہے پھر انہیں طوفان نے آ پکڑا

Nuh said. my Lord! verily they have disobeyed me and followed them whose riches
نوح نے کہا اے میرے رب بے شک انہوں نے میرا کہنا نہ مانا

Nuh said. my Lord!
(اس کے بعد) نوح نے عرض کی

And Nuh! recall what time he cried aforetime;
اور نوح علیھ السّلامکو یاد کرو کہ جب انہوں نے پہلے ہی ہم کو آواز دی

Nuh said. my Lord! verily they have disobeyed me
نوح نے عرض کی، اے میرے رب!

And assuredly We sent Nuh unto his people saying: verily I am unto you a plain warner.
(اور ایسے ہی حالات تھے جب) ہم نے نوحؑ کو اُس کی قوم کی طرف بھیجا تھا(اُس نے کہا)"میں تم لوگوں کو صاف صاف خبردار کرتا ہوں

Nuh said. my Lord! verily they have disobeyed me and followed them whose riches and children have only increased them in loss.
نوحؑ نے کہا،"میرے رب، اُنہوں نے میری بات رد کر دی اور اُن(رئیسوں) کی پیروی کی جو مال اور اولاد پا کر اور زیادہ نامراد ہو گئے ہیں

Surely We sent Nuh to his people, saying:
ہم نے نوحؑ کو ان کی قوم کی طرف بھیجا

Nuh said: My Lord!
(اس کے بعد) نوح نے عرض کی

Allah chose Adam, Nuh(Noah), the family of Ibrahim(Abraham) and the family of'Imran above the'Alamin(mankind and jinns)(of their times).
بے شک اللہ نے آدم، نو ح، خاندانِ ابراہیم اور خاندانِ عمران کو سارے جہانوں سے منتخب کیا ہے

His father, Nuh, said to him,“This day there is no savior from the decree of Allah except him on whom He has mercy.”.
نوح نے اپنے بیٹا کو بتایا کہ"آج آپ کو خدا کی رحمت سے بچانے کے لئے کوئی بھی نہیں ہو گا، مگر اس کے علاوہ جو بھی خدا نے رحم کی تھی.

Nuh was sent to his people as a messenger, to rid them of idolatory.
حضرت نوح علیہ السلام کو اس وقت قوم کے پاس رسول بنا کر بھیجا گیا جب اُن

Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me
نوح نے عرض کی، اے میرے رب!

Nuh said,'O my Lord! they disobeyed me and followed such one whose wealth
نوح نے عرض کی اے میرے رب انہوں نے میری نافرمانی کی

When their brother Nuh said to them,'Will you not guard against evil?
یاد کرو جبکہ ان کے بھائی نوحؑ نے ان سے کہا تھا"کیا تم ڈرتے نہیں ہو؟(106)?

And certainly We sent Nuh to his people: Surely I am a plain warner for you.
(اور ایسے ہی حالات تھے جب) ہم نے نوحؑ کو اُس کی قوم کی طرف بھیجا تھا(اُس نے کہا)"میں تم لوگوں کو صاف صاف خبردار کرتا ہوں

Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children have added to him nothing but loss.
نوحؑ نے کہا،"میرے رب، اُنہوں نے میری بات رد کر دی اور اُن(رئیسوں) کی پیروی کی جو مال اور اولاد پا کر اور زیادہ نامراد ہو گئے ہیں

Nuh will be called on the Day of Resurrection
نوح علیہ السلام کو قیامت کے دن بلایا جائے گا
