TWO THOUSAND in Urdu translation

And now deliver thyself up to my lord the king of the Assyrians, and I will give thee two thousand horses, and thou wilt not be able on thy part to find riders for them!

آؤ، میرے آقا اسور کے بادشاہ سے سودا کرو۔ مَیں تمہیں 2, 000 گھوڑے دوں گا بشرطیکہ تم اُن کے لئے سوار مہیا کر سکو۔ لیکن افسوس، تمہارے پاس اِتنے گھڑسوار ہیں ہی نہیں!

Now therefore, I pray thee,(Now this is the Assyrian talking.) give pledges to my lord the king of Assyria, and I will deliver thee two thousand horses, if thou be able on thy part to set riders upon them.”.

اس لیے اب ذرا میرے آقا شاہ اسور کے ساتھ شرط باندھ اورمیں تجھے دو ہزار گھوڑے دونگا بشرطیکہ تو اپنی طرف سے ان پر سوارچڑھا سکے

Hand yourselves over to my lord, the king of the Assyrians, and I will give you two thousand horses, and you will not be able to find riders for them on your own!

And, now, give a pledge for thee, I pray thee, to my lord the king of Asshur, and I give to thee two thousand horses, if thou art able to give for thee riders on them.

حضرت نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللہ تعاليٰ نے زمین و آسمان کے پیدا کرنے سے دو ہزار سال پہلے ایک کتاب لکھی جس میں سے دو آیتیں اُتاریں یہی آیتیں سورہِ بقرہ کا آخر ہیں جس گھر میں یہ آیات تین دن پڑھی جائیں، شیطان اس کے قریب نہیں آتا۔‘
