Any idea of how to get this script to work for fields that are enclosed with double quotes so that fields with commas in them don't get read as a new entry?
If'QuoteStrings' is set to true, then write encloses the text in double quotation marks and replaces any double-quote characters that appear as part of that text with two double-quote characters.
Tip: You will need to place double quotes(") around any commas in your CSV that you want to escape, otherwise the CLI Tool will use the comma as a delimiter.
