Consumption data for a population of interest can be generated through various types of consumption surveys or it may be available in databases maintained by various government agencies and world organizations.
This database also includes individual food consumption data based on national surveys and a database of the level of chemicals in raw food commodities as well as in food as consumed by final consumer.
