At the 101st session, the Working Group on Communications was composed of Mr. Lazhari Bouzid, Ms. Chanet, Ms. Keller, Ms. Majodina, Ms. Motoc, Mr. O ' Flaherty, Mr. Rivas Posada, Sir Nigel Rodley, Mr. Salvioli and Mr. Thelin.
Mr. Thelin recalled that it had been understood at the Committee ' s 104th session that, given the time constraints and the dates of the meeting of Chairpersons, the Committee would resort to exchanging views by electronic mail.
