تب اسکا امتحان لینے کیلئے شیطان نے آکر کہا،“اگر تو خداکا بیٹا ہی ہے تو ان پتھروں کو حکم کر کہ وہ روٹیاں بن جائیں۔

تب اسکا امتحان لینے کیلئے شیطان نے آکر کہا،“اگر تو خداکا بیٹا ہی ہے تو ان پتھروں کو حکم کر کہ وہ روٹیاں بن جائیں۔

At this the Devil said to him: If a son you are of God, tell this stone to become a loaf[of bread][artoV].
تب اس کا امتحان لینے کیلئے شیطان نے آ کر کہا، اگر تو خدا کا بیٹا ہی ہے تو ان پتھروں کو حکم کر کہ وہ روٹیاں بن جائیں

تب اسکا امتحان لینے کیلئے شیطان نے آکر کہا،“اگر تو خداکا بیٹا ہی ہے تو ان پتھروں کو حکم کر کہ وہ روٹیاں بن جائیں۔

تب اس کا امتحان لینے کیلئے شیطان نے آ کر کہا، اگر تو خدا کا بیٹا ہی ہے تو ان پتھروں کو حکم کر کہ وہ روٹیاں بن جائیں

And the devil said to him,"If you are Son of God, command this stone so that it might become bread.".
تب اسکا امتحان لینے کیلئے شیطان نے آکر کہا،“اگر تو خداکا بیٹا ہی ہے تو ان پتھروں کو حکم کر کہ وہ روٹیاں بن جائیں۔

Whosoever falls upon this stone will be smashed to pieces, and whosoever it falls upon will be crushed.".
جو اِس پتھر پر گرے گا وہ ٹکڑے ٹکڑے ہو جائے گا، جبکہ جس پر وہ خود گرے گا اُسے وہ پیس ڈالے گا۔

The one who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, and the one on whom it falls will be crushed.”.
جو اِس پتھر پر گرے گا چور ہو جائے گا پر جس پر وہ گرے گا اُسے پیس ڈالے گا‘‘
