The cost estimates for construction services take into account the substantial investment funded in previous years and the Operation ' s strategy to engage in-house resources and military enablers.
The variance is attributable primarily to additional requirements for construction services related to the replacement of the existing dry rations facility, the acquisition of additional generators and increases in costs of maintenance supplies.
