The subprogramme will be implemented by the Media Division, the Office of the Spokesman for the Secretary-General, the network of United Nations information centres and field offices, UNIS/GVA and UNIS/VIE.
During the biennium, the subprogramme will focus on developing wider outreach to new constituencies, achieving greater impact through the use of modern communication technologies and a flexible allocation of resources to achieve optimal efficiency.
