The three members of the Company's Audit Committee are from the independent board members who are qualified according to article 16 of the Announcement No. Tor Jor. 28/2008 by Capital Market Supervisory Board.
Directors and executives as defined by the Capital Market Supervisory Board will acknowledge the duty to report changes in holdings of their spouses and minor children to the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 59 of the Securities Exchange Act.
