(یوسفؑ نے کہا)‘‘اِس سے میری غرض یہ تھی کہ(عزیز) یہ جان لے کہ میں نے درپردہ اس کی خیانت نہیں کی تھی، اور یہ کہ جو خیانت کرتے ہیں ان کی چالوں کو اللہ کامیابی کی راہ پر نہیں لگاتاFrom this," said Joseph,"[The nobleman] should know that I did not betray him in his absence, and that God does not guide the plotting of the treacherous.
(یوسفؑ نے کہا)"اِس سے میری غرض یہ تھی کہ(عزیز) یہ جان لے کہ میں نے درپردہ اس کی خیانت نہیں کی تھی، اور یہ کہ جو خیانت کرتے ہیں ان کی چالوں کو اللہ کامیابی کی راہ پر نہیں لگاتاpower,- to Allah belong all glory and power. To Him mount up(all) Words of Purity: It is He Who exalts each Deed of Righteousness. Those that lay Plots of Evil,- for them is a Penalty terrible; and the plotting of such will be void(of result).
کی طرف چڑھتے ہیں اور نیک عمل ان کو بلند کرتا ہے، جو لوگ برائیوں کے داؤں گھات میں لگے رہتے ہیں ان کے لئے سخت تر عذاب ہے، اور ان کا یہ مکر برباد ہوجائے گاThrough their stiff-neckedness in the land, And the plotting of evil only infoldeth the authors thereof. Wait they, then, but the dispensation of the ancients? And thou wilt not find in dispensation of Allah a change, nor wilt thou find in dispensation of Allah a turning off.
