اور اگر تو نہ بخشے مجھ کو اور رحم کرے، تو میں ہوں خرابی والوں میں

بیشک جن لوگوں نے اپنے ایمان کے بعد کفر کیا پھر وہ کفر میں بڑھتے گئے ان کی توبہ ہرگز قبول نہیں کی جائے گے، اور وہی لوگ گمراہ ہیں

کا تم پر اور اس کی مہر(رحمت) تو تم خراب ہوتے

That, your thought which ye did think about your Lord, hath ruined you; and ye find yourselves(this day) among the lost.
او رتمہارے اسی خیال نے جو تم نے اپنے رب کے حق میں کیا تھا تمہیں برباد کیا پھر تم نقصان اٹھانے والو ں میں سے ہوگئے

mercy on us and forgive us, we verily are of the lost.
ہمارا رب ہم پر مہر ہ کرے اور ہمیں نہ بخشے تو ہم تباہ ہوئے

ye find yourselves(this day) among the lost.
اس نے تمہیں ہلاک کردیا تو اب رہ گئے ہارے ہوؤں میں

you surely would have been among the lost.
اس کی مہربانی تو ضرور تم تباہ ہوتے

جسے اللہ راہ دکھائے تو وہی راہ پر ہے، اور جسے گمراہ کرے تو وہی نقصان میں رہے

They replied,"Our Lord, we have wronged our souls: if You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we shall be among the lost.".
دونوں بول اٹھے،"اے رب، ہم نے اپنے اوپر ستم کیا، اب اگر تو نے ہم سے در گزر نہ فرمایا اور رحم نہ کیا تو یقیناً ہم تباہ ہو جائیں گے
