According to the provisions of article VII of the rules of procedure of the Committee, it shall be convened for the consideration of the application no later than 25 days from the date of the receipt of the application. .
Responses were received from the applicant; however the Commission did not have time to complete consideration of the application and decided to defer consideration of it and to take it up as a matter of priority at its next meeting in July 2014.
