DEVELOPING PROJECT PROPOSALS in Arabic translation

The SBI reiterated the request to the GEF made by the COP in its decisions 7/CP.13 and 4/CP.14 to assist, as appropriate, nonAnnex I Parties in formulating and developing project proposals identified in their national communications in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 4, of the Convention and decision 5/CP.11, paragraph 2.

وأعادت الهيئة الفرعية تأكيد الطلب الذي يرد في مقرري مؤتمر الأطراف 7/م أ-13 و4/م أ-14 والذي يدعو مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى أن يقوم، حسب الاقتضاء، بمساعدة الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية في صياغة وإعداد مقترحات المشاريع المذكورة في بلاغاتها الوطنية المقدمة وفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 12 من الاتفاقية والفقرة 2 من المقرر 5/م أ-11

The SBI also reiterated the request to the GEF made by the COP in its decisions 7/CP.13 and 4/CP.14 to assist, as appropriate, non-Annex I Parties in formulating and developing project proposals identified in their national communications. The SBI invited the GEF to report on such project proposals to the COP at its fifteenth session.

كما كررت الهيئة الفرعية طلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرريه 7/م أ-13 و4/م أ-14، إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية أن يقوم، حسب الاقتضاء، بمساعدة الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية على صياغة وإعداد مقترحات المشاريع المحدَّدة في بلاغاتها الوطنية() ودعت الهيئة الفرعية مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى أن يقدم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الخامسة عشرة تقريراً عن مقترحات المشاريع المذكورة

The SBI recommended that the COP, at its eleventh session, in the context of additional guidance to an operating entity of the financial mechanism, request the GEF, in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 4, of the Convention, and decision 11/CP.1, to assist, if so requested, non-Annex I Parties in formulating and developing project proposals identified in their national communications, when Parties are formulating their national programmes to address climate change issues.

وأوصت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ بأن يطلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في دورته الحادية عشرة، في سياق تقديم توجيهات إضافية إلى كيان تشغيلي للآلية المالية، إلى مرفق البيئة العالمية أن يقوم، وفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 12 من الاتفاقية وللمقرر 11/م أ-1، بمساعدة الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول، إن طلبت ذلك، في وضع وتطوير مقترحات المشاريع المحددة في بلاغاتها الوطنية، عندما تضع الأطراف برامجها الوطنية الخاصة بمعالجة قضايا تغير المناخ

The SBI, at its twenty-sixth session, also invited the GEF, to include in its report to the COP at its thirteenth session, detailed information on the specific steps it has taken to respond to any requests from non-Annex I Parties which may requestfor assistance from the GEF in formulating and developing project proposals identified in their national communications(decision 5/CP.11, para. 2), in accordance with Article 12, paragraph 4, of the Convention.

كذلك دعت اللجنة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها السادسة والعشرين() مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى أن يدرج في تقريره إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثالثة عشرة معلومات مفصلة عن الخطوات المحددة التي اتخذها استجابة لأي طلبات من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية للحصول على مساعدة في صياغة وتطوير المشاريع المقترحة المحددة في بلاغاتها الوطنية(المقرر5/م أ-11، الفقرة 2)، وفقاً للفقرة 4 من المادة 12 من الاتفاقية
