The present report describes the humanitarian assistance activities carried out in Angola since the issuance of the previous report of the Secretary-General(A/48/473) in October 1993, with emphasis on the increase in activities noted after the signing of the Lusaka Protocol(S/1994/1441, annex) in November 1994 and the specific humanitarian requirements resulting from this peace accord.
