Taste ye then- for ye forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours, and We too will
سو(اب آگ کے) مزے چکھو اس لئے کہ تم نے اُس دن کے آنے کو بھلا رکھا تھا(آج)Taste ye then- for ye forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours, and We too will forget you- taste ye the Penalty of Eternity for your(evil) deeds!".
پس اب چکھو مزا اپنی اِس حرکت کا کہ تم نے اس دن کی ملاقات کو فراموش کر دیا، ہم نے بھی We shall say to the wrong-doers,"Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire,- the which ye were wont to deny!".
ظالموں سے ہم کہہ دیں گے کہ اب چکھو اس عذاب جہنم کا مزہ جسے تم جھٹلایا کرتے تھےtruth?" They will say:"Yea, by our Lord!" He will say:"Taste ye then the penalty, because ye rejected Faith.".
Is he, then, who will shield himself with his face from the evil of torment on the Day of Resurrection be as he who is secure therefrom And it shall be said Unto the wrong-doers: taste ye that which ye have been earning.

یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان لوگوں کا قول بھی سنا جنہوں نے کہا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ فقیر ہے اور ہم تونگر ہیں ان کے اس قول کو ہم لکھ لیں گے۔ اور ان کا انبیا کو بلا وجہ قتل کرنا بھی، اور ہم ان سے کہیں گے کہ جلنے واﻻ عذاب چکھو!by our Lord!"(One will say:)"Then taste ye the Penalty, for that ye were wont to deny(Truth)!".
اب عذاب کا مزہ چکھو کہ تم پہلے اس کا انکار کررہے تھےthe prophets wrongfully and We shall say: Taste ye the punishment of burning!
کہیں گے کہ جلتی آگ کا عذاب چکھوand with it will be branded their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs, their flanks, and their backs.-"This is the(treasure) which ye buried for yourselves: taste ye, then.
پیٹھوں کو داغا جائے گا یہ ہے وہ خزانہ جو تم نے اپنے لیے جمع کیا تھا، لو اب اپنی سمیٹی ہوئی دولت کا مزہ چکھوit will be said to them:"Taste ye the Penalty of the Fire, the which ye were wont to reject as false.".
اسی آگ کے عذاب کا مزہ چکھو جسے تم جھٹلاتے تھےin defiance of right, and We shall say:"Taste ye the penalty of the Scorching Fire!
جلا ڈالنے والے عذاب کا مزہ چکھو،!
truth?" They will say:"Yea, by our Lord!" He will say:"Taste ye then the penalty, because ye rejected Faith.".
تم عذاب کا مزہ چکھو اس وجہ سے کہ تم کفر کیا کرتے تھےTruth?" they will say,"Yea, by our Lord!"(One will say:)"Then taste ye the Penalty, for that ye were wont to deny(Truth)!".
