اور ہم نے کہہ دیا کہ اے آدم! تم اور تمہاری بیوی جنت میں رہو اور جہاں کہیں سے چاہو بافراغت کھاؤ پیو، لیکن اس درخت کے قریب بھی نہ جانا ورنہ ﻇالم ہوجاؤ گے

eat therefrom amply as you wish; but do not draw near this tree or ye will be of the transgressors.".
کھاؤ اس میں سے بے روک ٹوک جہاں تمہارا جی چاہے مگر اس پیڑ کے پاس نہ جانا کہ حد سے بڑھنے والوں میں ہوجاؤ گے

He said,'Your Lord has only prohibited you from this tree lest you become angels,
جو ان سے چھپی تھیں اور بولا تمہیں تمہارے رب نے اس پیڑ سے اسی لیے منع فرمایا ہے

do not approach this tree, else you will be of those who did wrong.
جہاں سےچاہو کھاؤ اور اس درخت کے نزدیک نہ جاؤ پھر ظالموں میں سے ہو جاؤ گے

do not go near this tree, for then you will be of the unjust.
اُس سے جہاں چاہو کھاؤ اور اس پیڑ کے پاس نہ جانا کہ حد سے بڑھنے والوں میں ہو گے

draw not nigh this tree, lest you be evildoers.'.
جہاں چاہو آرام سے کھاؤ صرف اس درخت کے قریب نہ جانا کہ اپنے اوپر ظلم کرنے والوں میں سے ہوجاؤگے

Your Lord forbade you from this tree only lest ye should become angels
بولا تمہیں تمہارے رب نے اس پیڑ سے اسی لیے منع فرمایا ہے کہ کہیں تم دو فرشتے ہوجاؤ

And We said,'Adam, dwell thou, and thy wife, in the Garden, and eat thereof easefully where you desire; but draw not nigh this tree, lest you be evildoers.'.
اور ہم نے کہہ دیا کہ اے آدم! تم اور تمہاری بیوی جنت میں رہو اور جہاں کہیں سے چاہو بافراغت کھاؤ پیو، لیکن اس درخت کے قریب بھی نہ جانا ورنہ ﻇالم ہوجاؤ گے
