Adopted by 28 EU Foreign Ministers, the priorities are: strengthening conflict prevention, peace and security partnerships, advancing a common positive agenda on human rights, climate change and Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs), and promoting further engagement on global challenges such as migration, digitalisation and counter-terrorism.

With respect to transfers to countries not providing an adequate level of data protection, we will base the transfer on appropriate safeguards, such as standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission or by a supervisory authority, approved codes of conduct together with binding and enforceable commitments of the recipient, or approved certification mechanisms together with binding and enforceable commitments of the recipient.
Recalling the ASEM Declaration on Multilateralism adopted by Foreign Ministers in Ireland in 2004, Ministers reaffirmed ASEM's commitment to strengthening the important role of multilateralism and a multilateral international system with the United Nations and its mechanisms at its heart in the settlement of international disputes, maintenance of international peace and security, promoting human rights, and cooperation among states based on the principles enshrined in the UN Charter.
In November 2015, The United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction(UNISDR), a strategic framework for disaster risk reduction adopted by United Nations member countries in 2000, launched Private Sector Alliance for Disaster Resilient Societies(ARISE) toward the strengthening and reorganization of the Private Sector Partnership for Disaster Risk Reduction(DRR-PSP) for disaster prevention that Tokio Marine& Nichido joined in 2014.
