تم فرماؤ زمین میں سفر کرکے دیکھو اللہ کیونکر پہلے بناتا ہے پھر اللہ دوسری اٹھان اٹھاتا ہے بیشک اللہ سب کچھ کرسکتا ہے
Proclaim(O dear Prophet Mohammed- peace and blessings be upon him),“Travel in the land and see how He creates for the first time, then Allah brings forth the next development; indeed Allah is Able to do all things.”.

پھر اللہ علیہ وسلم اترتے اپنے سکون(sechina)
Then Allah caused His tranquility(sechina) to descend upon him and supported him with legions(of angels)

اور اگر ہم تمہیں دکھا دیں کچھ اس میں سے جو انہیں وعدہ دے رہے ہیں یا تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلالیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee unto Us, to Us they shall return; then God is witness of the things they do.

پھر اللہ علیہ وسلم اترتے اپنے سکون(sechina)
Then Allah caused His tranquillity to descend upon him and supported him with legions(of angels)

اور ہم نے کوئی رسول نہیں بھیجا مگر اس کی قوم کی زبان میں تاکہ وہ ان کے لئے(اللہ کے احکام) کھول کر بیان کر دے، پھر اللہ جس کو چاہتا ہے گمراہ کرتا ہے اور جس کو چاہتا ہے ہدایت دیتا ہے اور وہ غالب حکمت والا ہے۔(۴
We have sent no Messenger save with the language of his people, that he might make all clear to them; then God leads astray whomsoever He will, and He guides whomsoever He will; and He is the All-mighty, the All-wise.

(46) اور اگر ہم تمہیں دکھا دیں کچھ اس میں سے جو انہیں وعدہ دے رہے ہیں(117) یا تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلا لیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
And if We show you some of the things, We are promising to them, or We call you unto Us before, anyhow, they have to return to Us, then Allah is a witness of what they do.

(46) اور اگر ہم تمہیں دکھا دیں کچھ اس میں سے جو انہیں وعدہ دے رہے ہیں(117) یا تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلا لیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
And whether We show you(O dear Prophet Mohammed- peace and blessings be upon him) part of what We promise them or whether We call you towards Us before it- in any case they have to return to Us- then Allah is the Witness of their deeds.(46).

اور اگر ہم تمہیں دکھا دیں کچھ اس میں سے جو انہیں وعدہ دے رہے ہیں یا تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلالیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
And whether We shew thee soome of that which We have promised them, or We cause thee to die, Unto us is their return, and Allah is witness of that which they do.

اور اگر ہم تجھے دکھادیں جو ہم ان سے کر رہے ہیں یا ہم تمہیں(دنیا سے) اٹھالیں، پس انہیں ہماری طرف لوٹنا ہے، پھر اللہ اس پر گواہ ہے جو وہ کرتے ہیں۔(۴۶
Whether We let thee behold something of that which We promise them or cause thee to die, still unto Us is their return, and Allah, moreover, is Witness over what they do.

اور اگر ہم تمہیں دکھا دیں کچھ اس میں سے جو انہیں وعدہ دے رہے ہیں یا تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلالیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
And if We show you something of what We threaten them with, or cause you to die, yet to Us is their return, and Allah is the bearer of witness to what they do.

اور اگر ہم دکھائیں گے تجھ کو کوئی چیز اُن وعدوں میں سے جو کیے ہم نے ان سے یا وفات دیں تجھ کو، سو ہماری ہی طرف ہے، ان کو لوٹنا، پھر اللہ شاہد ہے ان کاموں پر جو کرتے ہیں
And whether We do show you some of what We promise them, or whether We take your soul, in any case their return is to Us, and then God is witness to what they do.

تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلالیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
promise them or(whether We) cause thee to die, still unto Us is their return, and Allah, moreover, is Witness over what they do.

اور اگر ہم تمہیں دکھا دیں کچھ اس میں سے جو انہیں وعدہ دے رہے ہیں یا تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلالیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
Whether We show you some of the promise(of punishment in wait) for them, or take you to Ourself, their returning is to Us in the end; and God is a witness to all they do.

تمہیں پہلے ہی اپنے پاس بلالیں بہرحال انہیں ہماری طرف پلٹ کر آنا ہے پھر اللہ گواہ ہے ان کے کاموں پر
what We promise them, or take you away[before that],[in any case] their return will be to Us and Allah will be witness to what they do.

جو شیطان ڈالتا ہے اللہ اسے دُور کرتا ہے پھر اللہ اپنی آیات کو مضبوط کر دیتا ہے۔‘
into whose wishes satan did not insinuate something, but Allah removes what satan insinuates and then Allah affirms his message.

جو شیطان ڈالتا ہے اللہ اسے دُور کرتا ہے پھر اللہ اپنی آیات کو مضبوط کر دیتا ہے۔‘
prophet before you[Muhammad] into whose wishes Satan did not insinuate something, but removes what Satan insinuates and then God affirms His message….

اور جس کا ان سے ہم وعده کر رہے ہیں اس میں سے کچھ تھوڑا سا اگر ہم آپ کو دکھلا دیں یا(ان کے ﻇہور سے پہلے) ہم آپ کو وفات دے دیں، سو ہمارے پاس تو ان کو آنا ہی ہے۔ پھر اللہ ان کے سب افعال پر گواه ہے
And whether We show you(O dear Prophet Mohammed- peace and blessings be upon him) part of what We promise them or whether We call you towards Us before it- in any case they have to return to Us- then Allah is the Witness of their deeds.

مٹا دیتا ہے اللہ اس شیطان کے ڈالے ہوئے کو پھر اللہ اپنی آیتیں پکی کردیتا ہے اور اللہ علم و حکمت والا ہے
in their recitation to the people; so Allah obliterates what Satan includes and then Allah fortifies His verses; and Allah is All Knowing, Wise.

طرف سے ملادیا تو مٹا دیتا ہے اللہ اس شیطان کے ڈالے ہوئے کو پھر اللہ اپنی آیتیں پکی کردیتا ہے اور اللہ علم و حکمت والا ہے
when he was fancying; but God annuls what Satan casts, then God confirms His signs-- surely God is All-knowing, All-wise--.
