On 29 April, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1919(2010), by which it extended the mandate of UNMIS for a further period of 12 months, with reference to all of its previous resolutions concerning Sudan.
On 31 July, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1698(2006), declaring its determination to enforce the measures provided for against persons acting in violation of the embargo imposed by resolutions 1493(2003) and 1596(2005).
On 13 June, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1684(2006), by which it decided to extend until 31 December 2008 the term of office of 11 permanent judges of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
On 28 April 2006, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1674(2006), in which it demanded relevant actions for addressing the various aspects of the issue of protection of civilians in armed conflict.
On 7 August, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1830(2008), by which it extended the mandate of UNAMI for another period of 12 months, in accordance with the request of the Government of Iraq and with reference to resolution 1770(2007).
On 12 December, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1848(2008), by which it extended the mandate of UNDOF until 30 June 2009, together with an accompanying presidential statement(S/PRST/2008/46).
On 30 November, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1896(2009), by which it renewed the sanctions regime relating to the Democratic Republic of the Congo and extended the mandate of the Group of Experts until 30 November 2010.
On 9 June, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 2159(2014), by which it extended until 9 July 2015 the mandate of the Panel of Experts established pursuant to resolution 1929(2010) pertaining to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Innovative sanctions monitoring mechanism- In July, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1363(2001), by which, inter alia, it requested the Secretary-General to establish a mechanism to monitor the implementation of the sanctions regime in Afghanistan.
On 15 May, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1756(2007), drafted by France, by which it decided to extend the deployment of the United Nations Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo until 31 December 2007.
On 14 April, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1475(2003), the draft of which was submitted by Bulgaria, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
On 31 October 2011, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 2018(2011), condemning all acts of piracy and armed robbery at sea committed off the coast of the States of the Gulf of Guinea.
On 26 August 2003, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1501(2003), whereby it decided to transfer authority from the Interim Emergency Multinational Force to MONUC during the period from 1 to 15 September 2003.
On 30 April 2004, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1542(2004) and established the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti(MINUSTAH) for a period of six months, beginning on 1 June 2004.
On 14 September, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1708(2006), by which the mandate of the Group of Experts monitoring the implementation of sanctions related to Côte d' Ivoire was extended until 15 December 2006.
On 22 December, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1736(2006), by which it, inter alia, authorized an increase in the military strength of MONUC from 1 January to 15 February 2007.
On 15 May, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1756(2007), extending the mandate of MONUC until 31 December 2007, continuing its personnel strength and setting out a detailed mandate for the Mission.
On 31 October, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 1720(2006), by which it extended the mandate of the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara(MINURSO) until 30 April 2007.
On 24 October, the Council unanimously adopted resolution 2015(2011), focused on the issue of the criminal prosecution of persons suspected of piracy and armed robbery at sea off the coast of Somalia.
