In decision IDB.28/Dec.2, paragraph(e), the Board invited the Director-General to continue his dialogue with the United Nations Development Programme with a view to submitting a proposal on a potential alliance in the field and in the context of the ongoing reform process for further consideration by the Board and/or the Conference.
