ب( ترى أن من الﻻزم أن تجري المناقشة بشأن الموضوع السنوي استنادا الى أمور منها اﻷعمال ذات الصلة المضطلع بها في اجتماعات اللجنة الدائمة المعقودة ما بين الدورات وﻻ سيما فيما يتعلق بالمذكرة بشأن الحماية الدولية)EC/46/SC/CRP.37 التي تركز على النهج الشاملة بما في ذلك مسألة الحماية، ومع ايﻻء اﻻعتبار لمتابعة قرار المجلس اﻻقتصادي واﻻجتماعي ٥٩٩١/٦٥(b) Considers that the debate on the annual theme should be conducted, inter alia, on the basis of relevant work undertaken at the inter-sessional meetings of the Standing Committee, including in respect of international protection, as well as of previous conclusions of the Executive Committee and other documents or studies related to international solidarity and burdensharing in all its aspects;
ب ترى أنه ينبغي إدارة المناقشة بشأن الموضوع السنوي على أساس اﻷعمال ذات الصلة التي جرى القيام بها في اجتماعات اللجنة الدائمة فيما بين الدورات، بما في ذلك فيما يتعلق بالحماية الدولية، وكذلك اﻻستنتاجات السابقة للجنة التنفيذية وغيرها من الوثائق أو الدراسات ذات الصلة بالتضامن الدولي وتقاسم اﻷعباء في جميع جوانبه، ضمن أمور أخرىReferring to General Assembly resolution 68/1 of 20 September 2013 on the review of the implementation of General Assembly resolution 61/16 on the strengthening of the Economic and Social Council, in which it is stipulated that the Economic and Social Council shall invite, inter alia, its subsidiary bodies to contribute, as appropriate, to its work in keeping with the agreed annual theme.
وإذ يشير إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 68/1 المؤرخ 20 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013 بشأن استعراض تنفيذ قرار الجمعية العامة 61/16 المتعلق بتعزيز المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، الذي ينص على أن يدعو المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي جهات لا سيما منها هيئاته الفرعية للإسهام في أعماله، حسب الاقتضاء، بما يتسق مع الموضوع السنوي المتفق عليهRecalling further General Assembly resolution 68/1 of 20 September 2013 entitled" Review of the implementation of General Assembly resolution 61/16 on the strengthening of the Economic and Social Council", in which the Assembly stipulated that the Council shall invite, inter alia, its subsidiary bodies to contribute, as appropriate, to its work in keeping with the agreed annual theme.
وإذ يشير كذلك إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 68/1 المؤرخ 20 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013 المعنون" استعراض تنفيذ قــــرار الجمعية العامة 61/16 المتعلق بتعزيز المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي" الذي نصت فيه الجمعية العامة على أن يقوم المجلس بدعوة هيئاته الفرعية، في جملة هيئات أخرى، للإسهام في أعماله، حسب الاقتضاء، بما يتسق مع الموضوع السنوي المتفق عليهAt its March meeting, under governance issues, the Standing Committee agreed once again to replace the traditional annual theme with a debate based on the High Commissioner ' s introductory statement outlining his perspective on the work of the Office. The Standing Committee also adopted the work programme for 2003 as proposed at the December planning meeting of the Committee.
