There would also be a need to appropriate an amount of $103,500 under section 28(Staff assessment) of the programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995, to be offset by an increase of the same amount under Income section 1.
وفي ضوء التوصيات الواردة في الفقرات أعﻻه، توصي اللجنة اﻻستشارية،رهنا باجراءات استخدام وتشغيل صندوق الطوارئ برصد اعتمادات اضافية بمبلغ ١٠٠ ٣٩٦ دوﻻر في اطار الباب ٣١ من الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥، وستدعو الحاجة أيضا الى رصد اعتماد بمبلغ ٥٠٠ ١٠٣ دوﻻر في اطار الباب ٢٨ اﻻقتطاعات اﻻلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين من الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥، تقابله زيادة بنفس القيمة في اطار باب اﻻيرادات ١Taking into account what was stated in paragraph 19, the Advisory Committee recommended that, should the General Assembly decide to approve a change in the existing mandate for providing conference services to regional and other major groupings of Member States, which was a policy decision for the Assembly to make, an estimate of $4,740,600 should be approved, subject to the procedures set out in Assembly resolutions 41/213 and 42/211 for the use and operation of the contingency fund.
