وقامت بعض الشركات بتحسين قدراتها التنافسية تحسيناً هائﻻً باستخدام تكنولوجيات المعلومات واﻻتصال، كما تقوم بعض البلدان بزيادة قدراتها التصديرية في قطاع The strategic use of ICTs is critical to accelerate technological learning and innovation.
وينطوي الاستخدام الاستراتيجي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على أهمية بالغة فيما يتعلق بتعجيل التعلّم والابتكار في المجال التكنولوجي(g) ICTs provide new solutions and opportunities for inclusion of segments of society such as people with special needs and the elderly.
