By its decision 6/COP.10 on governance and institutional arrangements of the Global Mechanism, the COP requested the Executive Secretary to prepare and submit to CRIC 11 and COP 11 reports on progress made on the implementation of this decision.

Decides that any support account posts that remain vacant and any new posts that are not filled for 12 months from the date of their establishment would require rejustification in the subsequent budget submission and requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth session on the implementation of this decision(para. 18).

تقرر أن أية وظائف ممولة من حساب الدعم ظلت شاغرة وأية وظائف جديدة لم تشغل لمدة 12 شهرا من تاريخ إنشائها، سوف تتطلب إعادة تبرير في البيان اللاحق للميزانية وتطلب إلى الأمين العام ان يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار(الفقرة 18

Requests the Secretary-General to issue public information material in all official languages on the United Nations Web site as soon as possible, and to report on the implementation of this decision to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session through the Committee on Information;
