The Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action held its sixth session in two parts, the first on 21 January 2008 and from 28 January to 1 February 2008 and the second on 18 December 2008.
عقد الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالتنفيذ الفعال لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان دورته السادسة في جزأين، كان الأول منهما في 21 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008 وفي الفترة من 28 كانون الثاني/يناير حتى 1 شباط/فبراير 2008 وكان الثاني في 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008The Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action addressed the role of sport in combating racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance at its ninth session in 2012(see A/HRC/19/77) and noted the potential of sport as a tool for the promotion of equality and diversity.

تعرب عن تقديرها للعمل المتواصل لمتابعة المؤتمر العالمي، الذي يقوم به الفريق الحكومي الدولي العامل المعني بالتنفيذ الفعال لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، وفريق الخبراء البارزين المستقلين Mr. Boychenko added that the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, which would prepare the programme of activities for the International Decade, would report to the Human Rights Council at its twenty-sixth session in June 2014 and its written report would be then be submitted to the General Assembly.

(ح) الطلب إلى الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالتنفيذ الفعال لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان بأن يعتمد تنفيذ أهداف العقد وطلبت الجمعية العامة أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يوفر الموارد اللازمة لأداء كل من الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالتنفيذ الفعال لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وفريق الخبراء Requests the Secretary-General to provide the resources necessary for the effective fulfilment of the mandates of the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent, the group of independent eminent experts on the implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action and the Ad Hoc Committee on the Elaboration of Complementary Standards;
تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يوفر الموارد اللازمة لأداء كل من الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المعني بالتنفيذ الفعال لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وفريق الخبراء OHCHR continues to extend substantive and organizational support to the mechanisms established in the follow-up to the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, namely the Intergovernmental Working Group on the Effective Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent, and the Group of Independent Eminent Experts on the Implementation of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action.
