(b) Also requesting that he recommend to his Special Representative on Children and Armed Conflict that in her discussions with all parties to armed conflict, in accordance with resolution 1612(2005), she specifically request time-bound action plans with a proposed time frame;

The Chin National Front/Chin National Army(CNF/CNA) shared a copy of their" deed of commitment" with the United Nations on 15 March 2009, reaffirming that the group does not recruit any persons under the age of 18, and reiterating its commitment to facilitate independent monitoring by a third party, as well as to develop a time-bound action plan in accordance with Security Council resolution 1612(2005).

(ii) To fulfil without any further delay their commitments concerning the protection of children, to immediately end the recruitment and use of children, to release all children still present within their ranks in a manner that allows effective verification by the United Nations Task Force on Monitoring and Reporting and to develop as soon as possible a time-bound action plan in line with Security Council resolutions 1539(2004) and 1612(2005);

(ii) To immediately engage, in accordance with Security Council resolution 1612(2005), with the United Nations task force on monitoring and reporting with a view to bringing, within 90 days, the latest written commitments by the action plan signed by LTTE in line with the time-bound action plan standards requested by the Security Council in its resolutions 1539(2004) and 1612(2005);

(k) Requesting him to urge the United Nations system to support child protection in the disarmament, demobilization and reintegration process in the Sudan, and inviting him to call upon the international community to continue to allocate adequate funding for capacity-building in the Sudan for the implementation of time-bound action plans and for disarmament, demobilization and reintegration programmes for children;

(ك) ويطلب إليه حث منظومة الأمم المتحدة على دعم حماية الطفل في إطار عملية نزع السلاح والتسريح وإعادة الإدماج في السودان، ويدعوه إلى أن يهيب بالمجتمع الدولي مواصلة تخصيص الأموال الكافية لبناء القدرات اللازمة في السودان لتنفيذ خطط العمل ذات الإطار الزمني المحدد وبرامج نزع السلاح والتسريح وإعادة الإدماج المخصصة للأطفال

(d) Strongly urging Al-Shabaab, Hizbul Islam, clan militias and all other armed groups to immediately and without preconditions cease the recruitment and use of children, release children associated with armed groups, enter into dialogue with the United Nations and prepare time-bound action plans in line with Security Council resolutions 1539(2004), 1612(2005) and 1882(2009), and expressing concern in that regard about the impact on children of the announced merger of Al-Shabaab

(د) ويحث بقوة" الشباب" و" حزب الإسلام" والميليشيات العشائرية وكل الجماعات المسلحة الأخرى على الكفّ فوراً ودون شروط مسبقة عن تجنيد الأطفال واستخدامهم، وإطلاق سراح الأطفال المرتبطين بالجماعات المسلحة، والدخول في حوار مع الأمم المتحدة، وإعداد خطط عمل محددة زمنيا وفقا لقرارات مجلس الأمن 1539(2004)

The Security Council reiterates its call on parties to armed conflict listed in the annexes of the Secretary-General ' s report(S/2007/757) that have not already done so to prepare and implement, without further delay, concrete time-bound action plans to halt recruitment and use of children in violation of applicable international law, and to address all violations and abuses against children in close cooperation with the SRSG, as well as with UNICEF and the UN Country Task Forces on Monitoring and Reporting.

ويكرر مجلس الأمن دعوته إلى الأطراف في النـزاع المسلح المذكورة في مرفقات تقرير الأمين العام(S/2007/757)، إلى أن تعد، دون مزيد من التأخير، إن لم تكن قد فعلت، خطط عمل موقوتة ومحددة لوقف تجنيد واستخدام الأطفال انتهاكا للقانون الدولي الواجب التطبيق، وإلى التصدي لكافة الانتهاكات وأعمال الإيذاء المرتكبة في حق الأطفال وذلك بالتعاون الوثيق مع الممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام، وكذلك مع منظمة اليونيسيف وفرق العمل القطرية المعنية بالرصد والإبلاغ التابعة للأمم المتحدة
