On 8 September, after consideration of a draft conclusion on the medium-term programme framework planning cycle, submitted by the Chairman(PBC.26/L.4), the Committee adopted the following conclusion.
Mr. SCHOTT(Chile), referring to the medium-term programme framework for 2006-2009, urged Member States to support the draft resolution on a regional programme for Latin America and the Caribbean submitted by GRULAC.
