Say:"It is Allah alone Who delivers you from this and from every distress, and yet you associate others with Allah in His divinity.".
کہو، اللہ تمہیں اُس سے اور ہر تکلیف سے نجات دیتا ہے پھر تم دوسروں کو اُس کا شریک ٹھیراتے ہو

And if We let him have a taste of Our mercy after distress has befallen him,
اگر ہم اسے کوئی رحمت چھکائیں اس کے بعد جب اسے مصیبت پہنچی ہو

Say:"God[alone] can save you from this and from every, distress- and still you ascribe divinity to other powers beside Him!".
کہہ دیجئے کہ خدا ہی تمہیں ان تمام ظلمات سے اور ہر کرب و بے چینی سے نجات دینے والا ہے اس کے بعد تم لوگ شرک اختیار کر لیتے ہو

Say:'God delivers you from them and from every distress; then you assign Him associates.'.
کہہ دو الله تمہیں اس سے اور ہر سختی سے بچا تا ہے تم پھر بھی شرک کرتے ہو

So We answered his call, and delivered him from the distress. And thus We do deliver the believers(who believe in the Oneness of Allah, abstain from evil and work righteousness).
پھر ہم نے اس کی دعا قبول کی اور اسے غم سے نجات دی اور ہم ایمان داروں کو یونہی نجات دیا کرتے ہیں

And when he is in distress he hath appeased the face of Jehovah his God,
