Those who disbelieve say: If only a portent were sent down upon him from his Lord! Say: Lo! Allah sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth unto Himself all who turn(unto Him).
اور کافر لوگ یہ کہتے ہیں کہ اس(رسول) پر اس کے رب کی جانب سے کوئی نشانی کیوں نہیں اتری، فرما دیجئے: بیشک اﷲ جسے چاہتا ہے(نشانیوں کے باوجود) گمراہ ٹھہرا دیتا ہے اور جو اس کی طرف رجوع کرتا ہے اسے اپنی جانب رہنمائی فرما دیتا ہے

And it is not Possible for a human being that Allah should speak Unto him otherwise than by revelation or from behind a veil, or that He sendeth a messenger, so that he revealeth by His command whatsoever He will; verily He is Exalted, Wise.
اور کسی انسان کا حق نہیں کہ اس سے الله کلام کر لے مگر بذریعہ وحی یا پردے کے پیچھے سے یا کوئی فرشتہ بھیج دے کہ وہ اس کے حکم سے القا کر لے جو چاہے بے شک وہ بڑاعالیشان حکمت والا ہے

Wave ring between this and that; neither for this nor for that and whomsoever Allah sendeth astray, for him thou wilt never find a way.
وه درمیان میں ہی معلق ڈگمگا رہے ہیں، نہ پورے ان کی طرف نہ صحیح طور پر ان کی طرف اور جسے اللہ تعالیٰ گمراہی میں ڈال دے تو تو اس کے لئے کوئی راه نہ پائے گا

And the thunder halloweth His praise, and so do the angels in awe of Him; and He sendeth the thunderbolts and smiteth therewith whomsoever He will. And they dispute concerning Allah, and He is strong in prowess.
گرج اس کی تسبیح وتعریف کرتی ہے اور فرشتے بھی، اس کے خوف سے۔ وہی آسمان سے بجلیاں گراتا ہے اور جس پر چاہتا ہے اس پر ڈالتا ہے کفار اللہ کی بابت لڑ جھگڑ رہے ہیں اور اللہ سخت قوت والا ہے

so do the angels in awe of Him; and He sendeth the thunderbolts and smiteth therewith whomsoever He will. And they dispute concerning Allah,
فرشتے اس کے ڈر سے اور کڑک بھیجتا ہے تو اسے ڈالتا ہے جس پر چاہے اور وہ اللہ میں جھگڑتے ہوتے ہیں

And it is Allah Who sendeth the winds, and they raise a cloud; then We drive it unto a dead land and We quicken thereby the earth after the death thereof.
اور اللہ ہے جس نے بھیجیں ہوائیں کہ بادل ابھارتی ہیں، پھر ہم اسے کسی مردہ شہر کی طرف رواں کرتے ہیں

He sendeth down the angels with the spirit by His command upon whomsoever of his bondmen He willeth: warn that there is no god but I, wherefore fear Me.
وہی فرشتوں کو وحی کے ساتھ(جو جملہ تعلیماتِ دین کی روح اور جان ہے) اپنے حکم سے اپنے بندوں میں سے جس پر چاہتا ہے نازل فرماتا ہے کہ(لوگوں کو) ڈر سناؤ کہ میرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں سو میری پرہیزگاری اختیار کرو

And it is Allah Who sendeth the winds, and they raise a cloud; then We drive it unto a dead land and We quicken thereby the earth after the death thereof. Even so shall be the Resurrection.
اور اﷲ ہی ہے جو ہوائیں بھیجتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو ابھار کر اکٹھا کرتی ہیں پھر ہم اس(بادل) کو خشک اور بنجر بستی کی طرف سیرابی کے لئے لے جاتے ہیں، پھر ہم اس کے ذریعے اس زمین کو اس کی مُردنی کے بعد زندگی عطا کرتے ہیں، اسی طرح(مُردوں کا) جی اٹھنا ہوگا

Beholdest thou not that Allah sendeth down water from the heaven, and then We thereby bring fruit of diverse colours? And in the mountains are steaks white and red, of diverse colours, and also intensely black.
کیا آپ نے نہیں دیکھا کہ اﷲ نے آسمان سے پانی اتارا، پھر ہم نے اس سے پھل نکالے جن کے رنگ جداگانہ ہیں، اور(اسی طرح) پہاڑوں میں بھی سفید اور سرخ گھاٹیاں ہیں ان کے رنگ(بھی) مختلف ہیں اور بہت گہری سیاہ(گھاٹیاں) بھی ہیں

And the difference of night and day and the provision that Allah sendeth down from the sky and thereby quickeneth the earth after her death,
اور رات اور دن کے آگے پیچھے آنے جانے میں اور وہ جو خدا نے آسمان سے(ذریعہٴ) رزق نازل فرمایا

He whom Allah sendeth astray, for him there is no protecting friend after Him.
اور جس کوخدا گمراہی میں چھوڑ دے اس کے لئے اس کے بعد کوئی ولی

And Allah it is Who sendeth the winds and they raise a cloud; then We lead it unto a dead land and revive therewith the earth after its death.
اور اللہ ہے جس نے بھیجیں ہوائیں کہ بادل ابھارتی ہیں، پھر ہم اسے کسی مردہ شہر کی طرف رواں کرتے ہیں

He whom Allah sendeth astray, for him there is no protecting friend after Him.
اور جس کو اللہ گمراہی میں چھوڑ دے تو اس کے بعد اس کا کوئی سرپرست

He sendeth down the angels with the Spirit of His command unto whom He will of His bondmen,(saying): Warn mankind that there is no Allah save Me, so keep your
وہی فرشتوں کو وحی کے ساتھ(جو جملہ تعلیماتِ دین کی روح اور جان ہے)

whomsoever Allah sendeth astray, for him thou wilt never find a way.
نہ اُن کی طرف اور جس کو خدا گمراہی میں چھوڑ دے اس کے لئے آپ کو کوئی راستہ نہ ملے گا

let every soul look to that which it sendeth forward for the morrow.
اس نے کل کے لئے کیا بھیج دیا ہے اور اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو

firm Word in the life of the world and in the Hereafter, and Allah sendeth astray the wrong-doers. And Allah doth that which He willeth.
آخرت میں بھی، ہاں ناانصاف لوگوں کو اللہ بہکا دیتا ہے اور اللہ جو چاہے کر گزرے

Allah keepeth firm those who believe by the firm Word in the life of the world and in the Hereafter, and Allah sendeth astray the wrong-doers. And Allah doth that which He willeth.
اللہ ایمان والوں کو(اس) مضبوط بات(کی برکت) سے دنیوی زندگی میں بھی ثابت قدم رکھتا ہے اور آخرت میں(بھی)۔ اور اللہ ظالموں کو گمراہ ٹھہرا دیتا ہے۔ اور اللہ جو چاہتا ہے کر ڈالتا ہے

If thou art solicitous for their guidance, then verily Allah guideth not whomsoever He sendeth astray, and for them there are no helpers.
اگر آپ ان کے ہدایت پر آجانے کی شدید طلب رکھتے ہیں تو(آپ اپنی طبیعتِ مطہرہ پر اس قدر بوجھ نہ لائیں) بیشک اللہ جسے گمراہ ٹھہرا دیتا ہے اسے ہدایت نہیں فرماتا اور ان کے لئے کوئی مددگار نہیں ہوتا

or(that) He sendeth a messenger to reveal what He will by His leave.
اس کے حکم سے جو وہ چاہے وحی کرے۔ بیشک وہ بزرگ
