One Civic Education Coordinator and 2 Graphic Artists will be needed in the Electoral Division to advise and build capacity of their Liberian counterparts.
As a result, the United Nations Mission created an Electoral Division in July 2005, consisting of some 30 staff and over 150 UNVs.
