القرار 2004/3 بشـأن" الحالة في فلسطين المحتلـة"؛ والقـرار 2004/4 بشــأن" مسـألة الصحراء الغربية"؛ والقرار 2004/5 بشـأن" استخدام المرتزقـة كوسيلـة لانتهاك At the previous session, a text had been presented with a view to addressing the outstanding concerns of certain delegations regarding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination, State terrorism, the potential impunity of military forces and the distinction between matters to be covered by the new convention and those covered by humanitarian instruments.
وأضاف أنه تم في الدورة السابقة تقديم نص يتصدى للشواغل المعلقة لدى بعض الوفود فيما يتعلق بممارسة الشعوب لحق تقرير المصير، وإرهاب الدولة، وإمكانية إفلات القوات المسلحة من العقاب، والتفرقة بين المسائل التي تتناولها الاتفاقية الجديدة والمسائل التي تتناولها الصكوك الإنسانيةIn view of the persistence of mercenary activities, the General Assembly should continue to condemn these wrongful acts because they impede the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination, undermine the sovereignty of States and the principle of non-interference in internal affairs, impede the enjoyment of the human rights of the victims of such aggression and destabilize legitimate constitutional Governments.
وبالنظر إلى استمرار أنشطة المرتزقة، ينبغي أن تواصل الجمعية العامة إدانة تلك الأعمال غير المشروعة لأنها تمنع الشعوب من ممارسة حقها في تقرير مصيرها، وتقوض سيادة الدول، ومبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية، وتعيق تمتع ضحايا ذلك النوع
