In the event that the Party does anticipate continued non-compliance with its commitments contained in decision XVII/29 to phase out consumption of methyl chloroform in 2006, the measures that the Party is taking or plans to take to return to compliance with its methyl chloroform phase-out commitments, in particular the status of the administrative and regulatory arrangements necessary to set import quotas for methyl chloroform;
