جو بدی لے کر آئے گا اس کو اتنا ہی بدلہ دیا جائے گا جتنا اس نے قصور کیا ہے، اور کسی پر ظلم نہ کیا جائے گا

(اللہ کا وعدۂ مغفرت) نہ تمہاری خواہشات پر موقوف ہے اور نہ اہلِ کتاب کی خواہشات پر، جو کوئی برا عمل کرے گا اسے اس کی سزا دی جائے گی اور نہ وہ اللہ کے سوا اپنا کوئی حمایتی پائے گا اور نہ مددگار

he will have better than the same; while as for him who bringeth an ill-deed, those who do ill-deeds will be requited only what they did.
ایسے بداعمالی کرنے والوں کو ان کے انہی اعمال کا بدلہ دیا جائے گا جو وه کرتے تھے

Whoever does evil will be requited in accordance with it; but whoever does right,
کوئی برائی کرتا ہے تو اسے بدلہ بھی اس کے برابر ملے گا

And leave the outside of sin and the inside thereof; verily those who earn sin, anon will they be requited for that which they were wont to do.
اور تم ظاہری اور باطنی(یعنی آشکار و پنہاں دونوں قسم کے) گناہ چھوڑ دو۔ بیشک جو لوگ گناہ کما رہے ہیں انہیں عنقریب سزا دی جائے گی ان(اَعمالِ بد) کے باعث جن کا وہ ارتکاب کرتے تھے

Whoever does evil will be requited with evil; but whoever does good,
کوئی برائی کرتا ہے تو اسے بدلہ بھی اس کے برابر ملے گا

deny(or utter impious speech against) His Names. They will be requited for what they used to do.
کی سزا دی جائے گی جن کا وہ ارتکاب کرتے ہیں

a good reward-- and God's earth is spacious. Truly, those who persevere patiently will be requited without measure.".

Say,"[God says] O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world will have a good reward-- and God's earth is spacious. Truly, those who persevere patiently will be requited without measure.".
تم فرماؤ اے میرے بندو! جو ایمان لائے اپنے سے ڈرو، جنہوں نے بھلائی کی ان کے لیے اس دنیا میں بھلائی ہے اور اللہ کی زمین وسیع ہے صابروں ہی کو ان کا ثواب بھرپور دیا جائے گا بے گنتی

نہ اہل کتاب کی امیدوں پر جو کوئی برائی کا کام کرے گا اس کی سزا دیا جائے گا اور الله کے سوا اپنا کوئی حمایتی اور مددگار نہیں پائے گا

It will be neither after your hopes nor the hopes of the People of the Book: whoever commits evil shall be requited for it, and he will not find for himself any guardian or helper besides Allah.
(اللہ کا وعدۂ مغفرت) نہ تمہاری خواہشات پر موقوف ہے اور نہ اہلِ کتاب کی خواہشات پر، جو کوئی برا عمل کرے گا اسے اس کی سزا دی جائے گی اور نہ وہ اللہ کے سوا اپنا کوئی حمایتی پائے گا اور نہ مددگار
