نہ تو اپنا ہاتھ گردن سے باندھ رکھو اور نہ اسے بالکل ہی کھلا چھوڑ دو

And when, chained in(iron) fetters, they are cast into some narrow space of the Fire, they will call out for destruction.
اور جب وہ اس میں کسی تنگ جگہ سے زنجیروں کے ساتھ جکڑے ہوئے(یا اپنے شیطانوں کے ساتھ بندھے ہوئے) ڈالے جائیں گے اس وقت وہ(اپنی) ہلاکت کو پکاریں گے

And do not make your hand[as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and[thereby]
اور(دیکھو) نہ تو اپنا ہاتھ اپنی گردن سے باندھ لو اور نہ ہی اسے بالکل کھول دو کہ(ایسا کرنے سے)

In this month the gates of Paradise become wide open and the gates of Hell are shut, and the devils are chained"(An-Nasa'i).
اس مہینے میں، جنت کے دروازے کھولے جاتے ہیں، جہنم کے دروازوں کو بند کر دیا جاتا ہے اور شیطانوں کو زنجیروں سے بچا جاتا ہے
