In the case when the Guest does not appear by 22:00 of the accommodation date(2 hours after the expected time of arrival if the Hotel has been notified of it) without an advance notice, the hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being canceled by the Guest.
In the case when the Guest does not appear by 8 p.m. on the accommodation date(2 hours after the expected time of arrival if the Ryokan is notified of it) without an advance notice, the Ryokan may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest.
In the case when the Guest does not arrive by 8 p.m. of the accommodation date without an advance notice(or 2 hours after the expected time of arrival if the Hotel is notified of it), the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being canceled by the Guest.
In the case when the Guest does not appear by 8 p.m. of the accommodation date(or 2 hours after the expected time of arrival if the Hotel has been notified of it) without advanced notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being canceled by the Guest.
If the guest does not arrive at the Hotel before 10:00 PM(or before the designated time, if the Hotel is expressly informed of the estimated time of arrival in advance) of the day of accommodation without notice, the Hotel may deem that the guest had cancelled the accommodation agreement.
If the guest has not arrived at the hotel by 8 pm on the day of accommodation(or when an estimated arrival time has been specified in advance, if 2 hours have elapsed since that time) without contacting the hotel, the hotel may consider the accommodation agreement canceled by the guest.
When the hotel guest fails to contact the hotel and does not arrive before 7:00 PM(or if set in advance, 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time) on the day of their scheduled stay, we will consider the accommodation contract to be canceled by the hotel guest.
If the Guest does not arrive by 10:00 p.m. on the date of reservation without advance notice(if the Hotel was notified of the expected time of arrival in advance, 2 hours after the expected time of arrival or by midnight), the Hotel may deem the Accommodation Agreement cancelled by the Guest.
In the case when the Guest does not appear by the expected time of arrival without an advance notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest.
If a guest does not appear by 22:00 of the accommodation date without advance notice, Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the guest.
In the case when the Guest does not appear by estimated arrival time of the accommodation date without an advance notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest.
In the case when the guest does not appear by midnight on the expected day of arrival of the reservation without an advance notice, the Hotel may regard the accommodation contract as being cancelled by the guest.
In the case when the Guest does not appear by 23:00 of the accommodation date without advance notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being Cancelled by the Guest and claim for the cancellation charge listed in Attached Table No. 2.
In cases where a guest fails to arrive at Hostel by 10:00 p.m. without any information and payment, Hostel may consider that the lodging agreement is terminated by the guest and treat accordingly.
In cases where a guest fails to arrive at the Hotel by the afternoon hours of the date of lodging 24:00(if an estimated arrival time is clearly specified, at the number of hours after the specified arrival time), the Hotel may consider that the lodging agreement is terminated by the guest and handle it as such.
In the case when the Guest does not appear without any advance notice by 21:00 on the accommodation date(or one after the estimated time of arrival if such estimated time was expressly informed beforehand), the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest and treat it as such.
In the case when the Guest does not appear by 22:00 on the date of accommodation(if a scheduled time of arrival has been indicated in advance, after two hours have elapsed since this time) without an advance notice, the Hotel may regard the Accommodation Contract as being cancelled by the Guest.
