In order for United Nations activities at the country level to be coherent with national development strategies, the United Nations Development Assistance Framework(UNDAF) must reflect national priorities.
The process aligns the identified priority adaptation projects with national development priorities(i.e. priority sectors including agriculture and forestry, fisheries, water resources and disaster risk reduction).
