With regard to item 18 of the draft agenda(Follow-up to and implementation of the outcome of the 2002 International Conference on Financing for Development and the 2008 Review Conference), the Secretary-General wishes to recall paragraph 32 of resolution 65/145, by which the General Assembly decided to hold its fifth High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development on 7 and 8 December 2011 at United Nations Headquarters.
