The project is being executed by the Society for Technical Cooperation/Liberia, within the framework of activities of the Programme for Coordination and Assistance for Security and Development for post-conflict societies.
We have had a similar experience with our Programme for Coordination and Assistance for Security and Development, financed by the United Nations, for the training of trainers of military and security forces in the fight against the proliferation of small arms.
