UNEP workshop to develop a POPs global monitoring programme to support the effectiveness evaluation of the Stockholm Convention: proceedings.
This is a prerequisite for maintaining consistency of release estimates over time and detection of trends over time to support the effectiveness evaluation of the Stockholm Convention.
