Ms. Lock(South Africa), speaking on behalf of the Group of 77 and China, said that, at the main part of the session, the Committee had dealt with many important, time-bound items in a short period and had adopted a good programme budget that would enable the Organization to implement its mandates and programmes over the next two years.
