متکبرّ لوگ کمزوروں سے کہیں گے: کیا ہم نے تمہیں ہدایت سے روکا اس کے بعد کہ وہ تمہارے پاس آچکی تھی، بلکہ تم خود ہی مُجرم تھے

جو ان سے پہلے تھے ہم نے انہیں ہلاک کردیا بیشک وہ مجرم لوگ تھے

An apostle came to them who was one of them, but they called him a liar. Then they were seized by torment for they were sinners.
اُن کے پاس ان کی اپنی قوم میں سے ایک رسول آیا مگر اُنہوں نے اس کو جھٹلا دیا آخر کار عذاب نے اُن کو آ لیا جبکہ وہ ظالم ہو چکے تھے

وہ بڑے بننے والے ان دبے ہوئے لوگوں کو جواب دیں گے"کیا ہم نے تمہیں اُس ہدایت سے روکا تھا جو تمہارے پاس آئی تھی؟ نہیں، بلکہ تم خود مجرم تھے

اس کےسرداروں کے پاس اپنی نشانیاں دے کر بھیجا پھر انہوں نے تکبر کیا اور وہ لوگ گنہگار تھے

(اب) تم معذرت مت کرو، بیشک تم اپنے ایمان(کے اظہار) کے بعد کافر ہو گئے ہو، اگر ہم تم میں سے ایک گروہ کو معاف بھی کر دیں(تب بھی) دوسرے گروہ کو عذاب دیں گے اس وجہ سے کہ وہ مجرم تھے

And the household of Fir'awn took him Up, that he should become unto them an enemy and a grief. Verily Fir'awn and Haman and their hosts were sinners.
پھر فرعون کے گھر والوں نے انہیں(دریا سے) اٹھا لیا تاکہ وہ(مشیّتِ الٰہی سے) ان کے لئے دشمن اور(باعثِ) غم ثابت ہوں، بیشک فرعون اور ہامان اور ان دونوں کی فوجیں سب خطاکار تھے

بڑے لوگ کمزوروں سے کہیں گے کہ بھلا ہم نے تم کو ہدایت سے جب وہ تمہارے پاس آچکی تھی روکا تھا؟(نہیں) بلکہ تم ہی گنہگار تھے

اب عذرات نہ تراشو، تم نے ایمان لانے کے بعد کفر کیا ہے، اگر ہم نے تم میں سے ایک گروہ کو معاف کر بھی دیا تو دوسرے گروہ کو تو ہم ضرور سزا دیں گے کیونکہ وہ مجرم ہے

Then the household of Fir'aun(Pharaoh) picked him up, that he might become for them an enemy and a(cause of) grief. Verily! Fir'aun(Pharaoh), Haman and their hosts were sinners.
پھر فرعون کے گھر والوں نے انہیں(دریا سے) اٹھا لیا تاکہ وہ(مشیّتِ الٰہی سے) ان کے لئے دشمن اور(باعثِ) غم ثابت ہوں، بیشک فرعون اور ہامان اور ان دونوں کی فوجیں سب خطاکار تھے

تو بڑے لوگ کمزور لوگوں سے کہیں گے کہ کیا ہم نے تمہیں ہدایت کے آنے کے بعد اس کے قبول کرنے سے روکا تھا ہرگز نہیں تم خود مجرم تھے

وہ مرے ہیں اس حال میں کہ وہ فاسق تھے

اب عذرات نہ تراشو، تم نے ایمان لانے کے بعد کفر کیا ہے، اگر ہم نے تم میں سے ایک گروہ کو معاف کر بھی دیا تو دوسرے گروہ کو تو ہم ضرور سزا دیں گے کیونکہ وہ مجرم ہے
